GENERAL BOARD MEETING
Date: February 1, 2007
Meeting
Place: Judy Yaker’s home
President Mike
Florian called the meeting to order at 7:25 pm. There
were 5 officers, 4 directors, and 7 representatives present.

Officers’
Report:

Secretary: Minutes from the December 6, 2006 meeting
were accepted and approved with one change à Change the Website report from “Absent”
to “Nothing to report”.
·
Treasurer: Loretta wasn’t present. Skip and Judy reported that the Salon made
$2105.21 plus $261.60 for Nature. EOY
2006 total was $13,723.05. Art will
bring signature cards to the next meeting for Mike and Linda to sign for the
bank’s records.

competition is at Shutterbug February 7th. Entries need to be in by 7:00 PM and
judging needs to start by 7:30 PM. |

Submission
dates have been added. ProShow Gold v3 (maintenance upgrade) can create flash
files and *.exe files. Hopefully the
2006 EOY Banquet shows can be put on the web site this weekend. |
