three club representatives present:

Directors’ Report:
• Prints: Next print competition on
April 26 at Photoguild.
• Digital
Projection: Due to bad weather, Feb.
9 comp rescheduled to March 9.
• Website: Dennis is still working on
updating the website.

PSA Status: Mike Lillis absent. It was noted that the Salon website is
down
and account has been suspended.
Old Business:
• Projector: Purchase of new projector still ongoing.
• Banquet: Larry
presented final banquet report. 136
attended plus six guests. A $65.04
profit was made. Total cost of banquet: $4,015.
It was suggested that Council purchase battery operated overhead print
lights for the next banquet. Racks have
been transferred to Motor City who will be the next host club.
• GDCCC
comp rules: Once an image has been
PROJECTED, it is no longer acceptable in other digital divisions. However, the same image can be accepted in
the print division.
NEW BUSINESS:
• Adam
Jones: More details need checking
into before a decision can be made
whether
or not to go ahead and plan a program by Adam Jones.
• Scoring
system: Dennis is currently working
on a new judging/scoring system.
