Meeting was called to order
by Mike Florian at 7:30pm. There were 5

Minutes from Sept. 16 were accepted as recorded.
Treasurer's Report:
Anita Weiner reported a
current balance of $8,935.29....of which $500 was transferred from PayPal.
Director's Reports:
Prints:
Year end judging was done on Nov. 2, 2010. Over 350 prints were submitted. Judges were Claudia Adams, Diane Kroll, and
Roger Bajorek.
DPD: Currently
preparing images for year-end judging.
Web Status: A few items
still need to be updated. It was
suggested to Dennis to delete the 2009 Salon information. Also, to link information on the Lightroom 3
program presented by Bill Buchanan to our website.
Salon: No
report. Mike Lillis absent.
Old Business:
Proposed Color Creative
& Color General Competition Rule Changes: A motion was made to change the
DPD rules which would further explain what is acceptable and what is not. Mike Florian will prepare a draft which will
be circulated to Board members for final approval to be effective January next
year.

Program: Larry Diggs (Livonia), reported a profit was
made of approx. $1,000.
New Business:
Banquet – Jan. 22, 2011: Susan Browne
distributed tickets to the clubs.
Adobe Lightroom 3 Program:
Bill Buchanan circulated info regarding the
Program scheduled for November 13, 2010, and will contact Dennis to post it on
our website. Many door prizes will be
available. No refreshments will be
furnished. Also, a $100 check for room
rental needs to be forwarded to Bill.
Dues: Motion was made
and approved to cancel next year's dues for all existing clubs.
Election of Officers: Mike
Florian (President), Larry Diggs (1st V.P.), and Anita Weiner
(Treas.) were re-elected. Also, Beverly
Wolf was elected to replace Anita as 2nd V.P., as well as Bill
Buchanan & Jim Campbell as Director's-at-Large.
Meeting adjourned at 9:10pm.
