Unfinished Business:

·         Proposal to modify the annual GDCCC Nature Slide & Color Slide Invitations Competition: It was determined that the proposal should be tabled until the clubs could be asked two additional questions:

         Should we:

o        Keep the GDCCC Nature Slide & Color Slide Invitational Competition as is?

o        Cancel it completely?

o        Or modify it?

If the decision is to modify it, then:

o        Which of the additional options should be included?

o        If a maker enters 2 Color Slides or 2 Nature Slides, can both win?

·         Financial Committee:.What's next?  Dues increase (possibly $5/member) or another seminar?

·         Nominations for Honors – only 1, so far.

·         GDCCC Election of officers: Alex Lane volunteered to run for President.  Art Thompson and Bill Buchanan volunteered to run for Director-At-Large.  There are currently no candidates for 1st VP and Treasurer.  Loretta is willing to continue as Treasurer, but the current "Term Limits" rule says she can't, so a motion was made (Alex/Skip) to remove term limits for Secretary and Treasurer.  A "first vote" passed.  According to the constitution, a "second vote" needs to be made at the next Board meeting.

·         Competition Dates for 2003 – Judy Yaker requested changes for some of the Print Competition dates.  The changes were approved.
